After Rome we were ready to relax. This was the perfect place for it. The deck had the most amazing views of the harbour. There is a grocery store downstairs and many restaurants within walking distance

IT was a challenge to find and gain access. It was unlike any other so it wasn’t clear we had to call the property manager. Once in, it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. Lovely lounge and breakfast area. Great views and comfortable

This property is useless. they offered no support for anything. Rebeca property caretaker confirmed that she would get a table fan , not only she did not make any effort , never responded to my call. When I met her she said she never received any call from me. The office asked me to leave message but no one called back. I have tried to contact them at least 10-12 times without any luck. Looks like they were doing us a favour allowing us to stay after charging g us $300/ night. Expedia must verify every contact # they provide on the invoice or on the property and take strong action. Before I paid I mentioned that we are seniors thus some support was needed, but they cared least. No one started AC before we arrived. This is my worst experience with Expedia. So customers time and concerns are not important. They pay and put up with inconvenience but no one is accountable for this. This is a disgrace for a corporation like Expedia. I have used their service for the last 20 years but this was the worst. I need some action from Expedia.

Het lukte niet helemaal met inchecken, maar het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en heeft ons zo goed geholpen. Het uitzicht in de gemeenschappelijke kamer is echt prachtig! Neem daar zeker een kijkje! De kamer zelf was mooi, ruim en heel erg schoon. De badkamer was heerlijk ruim en schoon en de straal van de douche was perfect. Al met al echt een aanrader!

While there was nothing to report but excellence from the staff, proximity to the train station (and the cruise ship), not to mention that view from the 13th floor, I experienced an issue with Expedia’s “hide my email” functionality that caused the establishment’s email communication to fail/never reach my inbox. Not having the codes to get in, then struggle to go through the hoops to find a way to reach the establishment’s office while my wife and I stood outside for over and hour, was a major setback in our mood. Once in contact the establishment rose to the occasion, and one we saw the view of the harbor, our troubles melted away. Charming place, 10/10 will stay again. Might find another way to book the spot though.

Great value; short 8 minute walk to waterfront where there are nice restaurant options. Deck view (amazing) and breakfast treats were a wonderful surprise! We were able to park our rental car on the street right next to the building at no extra charge.Highly recommend

I am not sure where to even start to give the recognition and gratitude and praises this property deserves. Georgiana met my husband and I at the car service drop off out front giving the driver suggestions on where to park to allow easy access to bring our luggage up. We were then given a tour of the sitting area and private room, bathroom and balcony. Her warmth, kindness and care for ensuring we had the very best experience shone through each moment. Georgiana during our two nights gave us tips on the area, dining and exploring. She wanted to ensure everything was perfect. The day we left was my husbands birthday and she immediately pivoted and blessed him with a toast, and took pictures of everything. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book here again. No detail was ever missed!!!

It was amazing. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Location was great. It was right by transportation station. Trains were available to take you where you wanted to go. Ocean balcony view was amazing. Thebest part was Georgiana the property manager. From her help with planning trips and transportation to her restaurant recomendations to her providing beautiful pastries and coffees and her making unbelevable caprese salads and bilinies. She made it one of the most memorable places we have stayed and we recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Civitavicchia.

So this is a B&B, but we loved it. The location was very convenient in the middle of everything. The staff and owner were very friendly, so much so they felt like long lost friends. Breakfast was superb and had an emphasis on Italian offering key foods that would represent the country. While the rooms aren’t five star quality they were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there and would revisit this place.
