Le Calle is a cosy, rustic two-storey detached house surrounded by meadows and vineyards in Cinigiano, Italy. It offers a fenced garden with a lawn, a wildlife garden, and a private above-ground swimming pool (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). The property also features Internet Wifi, Parking, and access to a shared swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) in the complex.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a volleyball court, barbecue area, children's playground, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. The shared swimming pool is located 2500m from the house, accessible via a gravel road. Additionally, hiking trails can be found just 20 meters away from the vacation rental.

The property is a 3-room house with 100 square meters of space spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable and rustic living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV. The living area opens up to the garden and a pergola. Additionally, there's an open kitchen on this level with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the garden and pergola. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with a bidet and toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with air conditioning and another room with two beds, also with air conditioning. There's a second shower room with a bidet and toilet on this level. The property features wood heating and forced-air heating for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a patio, a barbecue area, and four deck chairs, all while taking in the marvelous panoramic views of the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is also provided.
