This beautiful 15 sqm suite in Geada is the perfect place for couples to come and spend some quality time together. This suite features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Breakfast is included and is served in the dining room between 09.00 and 11.00. The communal dining area can comfortably accommodate ten people and offers a fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, and a BBQ, shared with other guests for their convenience. There's also a pool table for guests to play on in the living room. The swimming pool is the cherry on top of this romantic retreat and will surely be enjoyed by all who visit. Plus, it’s open all year round for endless enjoyment! The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as a hairdryer and shampoo. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. The suite is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are allowed in the apartment. \- Currently, the road leading to the house is in poor condition, but renovation plans are underway. To avoid potential vehicle damage, you can park in the square on the main street as an alternative. Guests will have access to the entire home! Note: The house has no access for people with reduced mobility. I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
