The property managers were a little hard to get to.. just didn’t respond timely and never did fix the dishwasher the entire 6 weeks I wa there ( no biggie I hand washed ) even left early to move back in and sent them a text and they didn’t respond u til the actual day before I was supposed to check out and tried to give me check out instructions? I think this happens with all professional management companies, they just don’t care or respond because they have hundreds of other properties. It wouldn’t deter me from renting again just now I know expect- rations ( low). I actually got a better response from talking to the owner than dealing with neatsuites . Overall this is a great rental ( if you’re a light sleeper the upstairs unit ( if rented) will be a little loud if they have heavy steppers .
