We had the horrible smell and did not have any WiFi (which was the only way to watch any television) for one out of the three days we were there. Then the morning of departure the WiFi quit working again. There was trash left from the last occupant. The apartment was cozy and I liked the size but it was dirty. When we turned the ceiling fan on it showered us with the dirt build up on the blades. The walls were stained in about every room and the floors were dirty. The linens were clean but the dishes were dirty. We had to hand wash cups due to lipstick stains. The property managers were a little hard to get to.. just didn’t respond timely and never did fix the dishwasher the entire 6 weeks I wa there ( no biggie I hand washed ) even left early to move back in and sent them a text and they didn’t respond u til the actual day before I was supposed to check out and tried to give me check out instructions? I think this happens with all professional management companies, they just don’t care or respond because they have hundreds of other properties. It wouldn’t deter me from renting again just now I know expect- rations ( low). I actually got a better response from talking to the owner than dealing with neatsuites . Overall this is a great rental ( if you’re a light sleeper the upstairs unit ( if rented) will be a little loud if they have heavy steppers .
