The hotel is steps away from the train station and the old part of the city but theres was no noise from either once inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lounge at reception was nice. The hotel is very well kept.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean with excellent amenities. Very close (3 min walk) from train station which made it very easy for us to get the Bernina Express to Italy the next day. Also easy walking distance into the heart of the old town and all the restaurants. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly, very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect; 5 min walk to the Bernina train and also close to the . The open buffet breakfast was ready early in the morning, the personnel was very attentive.

This hotel had everything we needed and more. It was very clean with all modern amenities, the complementary breakfast was delicious and service was great, the front desk was very polite and responsive, and the location is very convenient being just a couple minutes walk from the train station. They even provided complementary fruit, coffee, water, candy, and personal card in our room as a welcome.
