The location was perfect--it was in a quiet location but so close to everything I wanted to do. I was able to bike and walk to most places, and anywhere I wanted to drive was within 15 minutes. The condo was just as pictured, it was clean, and I had no problems with anything during my stay. The owners were communicative and attentive to our needs. Our only observations for consideration include: (1) the number of steps to access the property, which could be challenging for people with mobility issues, (2) the noise level we had from the adjacent unit, which may depend on who is renting at the moment, (3) the bedroom's blinds are no blackouts \[bring your eye mask\], and (4) one of the reclining chairs is ready for urgent retirement. Also, the listing does not explain that when you open the front door, you are basically entering into the bedroom with the bunk beds. We did not mind this. Between the rain and fog we could absolutely see the ponies and the lighthouse which were both neat. A great group of fisherman were our neighbors and we got to share stories about everything, which was so nice, definitely not your standard boxed-off condo.
