Less than 2 miles away from Chincoteague's main attractions, and only a few minutes drive to the beach, this is the perfect vacation spot. This spacious 450 sq. ft cottage features an open concept floor plan, with one bed room and bathroom. A queen bed in the main living area, and a bunk bed with a full and single bed in the bedroom.The outside offers a screened in porch, outdoor charcoal grill, outdoor shower. Linens for bed and bath will NOT be provided. There will be a 100.00 per night extra charge for any emotional support animals. You will be sent check in information a few days before your stay Please try to leave cottage as clean as you would expect it for your stay, the next guest and the owner will greatly appreciate your cooperation. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was friendly but not intrusive. The space is actually bigger than the photos. Don gave us great tips for things to do and where to watch the pony swim and parade during our 3 night stay. In addition, he gave us names of auto shops that could fix our flat tire! The small cottage was an excellent location for both the pony swim and pony parade. The cottage is cutely decorated, has lots of electrical outlets, is well stocked, but had a slight musty smell in the living room. That being said, the smell would not deter me from booking again.
