Overlooking the Assateague Channel, and of course Assateague Light, you’ll be welcomed by beautiful Water Views that will draw you in - the sweet, salty sea breeze drifting over the water to greet you - ahhh, you may never want to leave. This cozy home is just perfect for a small family, or 2 couples traveling together. Check a few emails at the workstation before hitting the Beach, but only if you must. Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, and is also dressed in beachy blues. Finally, Bedroom 3 has a Twin Bunkbead just perfect for the kiddos. While you will take in stunning views at waterfront Lighthouse Overlook, there is no usable water access. But, you’re just a hop, skip, and jump from Memorial Park, which is just perfect for launching your boat, kayaks, and other water toys - there’s also a fabulous Pier for Fishing and Crabbing, and a playground for the little ones! There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was convenient having a washer/dryer as well as 2 bathrooms. The view from the front porch was perfect - we spent every morning and evening there. The beach was beautiful with just a short, easy drive to get there. We had some issues with the cleaning company as well as the outdoor shower not being usable. The realty company responded immediately and was willing to come out to take care of everything.
