This house has a lot of space for a family set back from the road with a large lawn in front. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The location is directly across from the bay (lighthouse across) and easy to drive or bike to the main boulevard (Maddox). This is our second summer staying in this house and we'll probably stay again in the future. The rental company was also great with communication and made check in very smooth.

We came down with our family for the week, the house is truly beautiful and in character of its historic charm. The house is located right by a dock that we were able to fish and enjoy the lighthouse! The house had the bare minimum of items for you. 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, 2 towel for each bathroom, 1 paper towel, 3 toilet paper rolls. Just not enough for anyone to even stay for a week. The house was covered in sand and dirt when we arrived. thr house hasn’t been deep cleaned at all, or cleaned in general, prolly just what the previous renters were to do. And you are told if you don’t vacuum you are charged $600 so not sure how that works! Overall it’s a beautiful house with a bit of flaws but it was really nice for our week stay.

We had a great time at Endless Summer. This is a traditional Chincoteague home that has been updated beautifully with a gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The large dining table is perfect for family meals and the kitchen is outfitted with everything needed for vacation meal preparation. Recommend increasing the seating in the living area. One other note is that the steps to the third floor master suite are quite narrow and steep and might be worth a mention in the listing. Also the fans were much appreciated because the third floor gets quite warm and the air conditioning unit has trouble maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room.

Great place to stay we will go back next year .
A few items: cleanliness was not up to par; moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, previous renter's laundry in dryer. Overall though, the accommodations were fine, and we love the sleeping arrangements as they are laid out.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this historic home and appreciated being able to have our senior hound along. The excellent view of the lighthouse is a bonus! Only complaints are having to bring/buy supplies (sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent) and there were a number of windows that would benefit from blackout shades or any shade at all given the 100 degree temps and intense setting sun. The attic master took a very long time to cool down on arrival day. Otherwise we loved it and would stay again (assuming we get our 600 deposit back ;) Also, pro tip, bring a bunch of cash as many vendors charge you the 3% CC fee or don’t take cards at all. Amarin had the best almond croissants I’ve had in years - go early! We love Chinco/Assateague!
