9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,476 reviews)
The staff and cleaning crew were all very kind and helpful. One person at the front desk gave me a great recommendation for a place to shop, and another helped with an injury. The room seemed a little dirty. I stepped on a used contact on the floor and the sheets had a stain. Nothing major but could be worked on.

Always a nice stay at the independence. The breakfast could be better though.
