Inn could really use some maintenance, cleaning & upgrading. Lack of elevator or help with luggage made our stay more difficult. It is need of quite a bit of structual repair. In fairness-we did not complain about anything -which we should have. My husband and I are both 73-in decent shape but we were given a 3rd floor room which was tiny and the bathroom was equally tiny-the smallest shower I have ever been in. The bedspread was very stained but did appear washed and there were so many cobwebs on both bedside lamps I had to use a towel before turning the lamps on. No TV but it did have a good working AC. The stairs were not even to walk up and down on (it is a very old building) The head of the mattress was tilted down-very odd. We were out of there prior to 7:30 AM the next day. A wonderful little Inn with such a pleasant owner and just a great vibe there. Would absolutely recommend for a summer or winter stay. No TV. No Elevator. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Rooms clean. Bathrooms are very tight but to be expected with the age of the inn. Loved the balcony off the room. We sat outside and played cards.
