The staff was great. The pool and hot tub are nice. The breakfast food was not very good.

Quality Inn & Suites Maggie Valley - Cherokee Area
The front desk staff was very helpful. The room itself was clean. I could tell it had been updated. It could use a few more updates, but it felt clean. The hot tub and pool did not seem very clean. I know they said they are getting it fixed and updating it soon.
