Located in beautiful gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with 1,450 square feet and a view deck accessed from the great room and both bedrooms, provides an unparalleled vacation accommodation perfect for one couple, two couples, a family or a golfing group. CONDO FEATURES This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is accessed by 4 stairs from the street level. For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and whirlpool tub/shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer. The dining room and great room have hardwood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors. The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling. Large HD televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment. The view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. No smoking or pets are allowed in this condo. Property Manager Smoky Mountain Country Club Guests enjoy the convenience of our office being onsite for easy check-in and real-time communication if an issue arises unlike with other vacation rentals where the owner or property manager is no where around or hard to get in touch with on the phone. The views from bedrooms and deck are amazing. It was so quiet and peaceful. And a beautiful golf course if you wanted to play. ##### Jen R. The place itself was very nice.. on a hill with several steps so anyone with knee or mobility issues will need to inquire further but we truly enjoyed it! ##### Elizabeth W. The condo was great too and the views were spectacular. The bedrooms are separated by the living room for additional privacy which was nice. The fireplace made the place so cozy and the view was amazing! Love the huge windows in every room and the blinds were great at keeping the light out in the mornings :) We came for the Polar Express and it was neat that this is right by the “North Pole” so it was fun seeing that lit up every night on our way in. All the amenities provided and very nice furnishings. Only problems were confusion over unit # which was management's fault, not owner's. It far exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint was we had to check out early because we were afraid we would be stuck there with snow and ice expected! Waited a few days for then to make it bookable missing out on better listings. Accused of breaking a glass top on a coffee table. I paid the $77 right away as there was no options given when I was called. Once provided the image of the damage it was clear we didn't cause the damage as the table wasnt even where it was during our stay. We also had nothing in the living room that could have caused such damage. All four people in our party respected the property and work to ensure it was it great condition following all the checkout procedures. Email to management continue to be unresponsive. I'm not worried about the money. What bothers me the most is that we didn't cause the damage. Plain and simple. However I do understand it is literally my word against the management's so what can you do? Just didn't like how it was handled.
