The hotel room was very clean and spacious with lots of sunlights. TV was automatically switched on when guest walked into the hotel room as a warm welcome, which was nice. Hotel staff is friendly and nice, but some are very green. If you book hotel via this site (which I did), you may experience problems checking in. Hotel staff only knows how to check in tour groups. Hotel has 30 floors, but equipped with only 3 elevators. When many groups are in or checking out at the same time, it takes you more than 30 minutes to get into an elevator. We experienced this one day out of our 4 days stay. Breakfast if really good, lots of selections.
