Just need to be be more welcoming to guests. Beautiful modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms in financial district in the south of Chengdu. A little far away from centre of town where tourist attractions and restaurants and shopping are. Nonetheless a fabulous hotel if reception staff smile and are more welcoming.
