The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. « No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine. »

« They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...

« Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it. »

« Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!! »

« The staff were excellent! The breakfast was hot and delicious I can’t believe how good the biscuits and gravy was! The pool area was also wonderful I could not get my 5 year old son out of it! We will be staying here for every future visit! »
