This beautiful home is conveniently located lakeside, just three minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beaches at Lakeside Park and a short five-minute drive to downtown Chelan for delicious food, wine and shopping! Evergreen Escape features a wraparound deck with outdoor seating and dining. Ample dedicated parking spaces with enough room for even an RV or boat! A large backyard for cookouts, entertainment and yard games. The updated fully stocked kitchen features a large dining table which seats eight, with additional seating for four at the bar. There are smart TVs in the living room, bunk room, loft and bedrooms. Each TV is loaded with plenty of streaming services to use: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video. The house was the perfect size for our group, was immaculately clean and had every amenity we could need. We loved that it was within walking distance to the park (we spent 2 afternoons floating there) and it was just a short drive to town. (We also highly recommend renting a pontoon boat for the day - so much fun!) We appreciate the hosts sharing their beautiful home with us and highly recommend! ##### Jackie W. Place was clean, stocked, well decorated, and had plenty of room for group of 8 ppl. Beds were comfy and appreciated that the house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.
