The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!
Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great little condo!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend! The property was clean and had an amazing proximity to the downtown strip. The private lake access was great. The only reason we rated 4 stars instead of 5 is due to finding ants sneaking in from the closed balcony door. We found about 10 during our 4 day stay. Overall would recommend!

It was a beautiful view from our room and a very short walk into town. Really couldn’t ask for better. The only complaint was the floor in the room was dirty, my feet were black from walking with no shoes or socks on, so next time I’ll wear socks while in the room.

so relaxing!
It was my husband and my 10th wedding anniversary. Perfect for two people to enjoy the close location to everything, view off the deck into the water and across the river to downtown. Description matched and was all that we expected. Great!

Exterior was terrible, and cops had to come
When we pulled in I turned to my wife, "don't worry, we aren't staying here, I think we just missed ours." The exterior had cracked cement, was poorly maintained, and overall unattractive. There is weird black matting down, and the place did not feel safe.
There was a substantial domestic disturbance upstairs that sounded like people moving furniture a bunch of times followed by loud sobbing for almost an hour. When it happened the second time we had the police come.
Building staff treated us like we were just being reactive. We left a day early because we didn't feel safe. We were not given a refund. We literally did not leave our rooms again until we checked out.
The room itself was fine, if cramped, but clean and functional. Almost everything else was terrible.

Old property but close to everything
This entire location is old and dated. Sadly the room had several issues. The left side of the bed nightstand had no way to plug in the lamp and both bedside lamps had cracked, broken lamp shades. The sliding door was missing the screen and the bugs ate us alive. The vent above the jacuzzi was falling out of the ceiling and if you used the microwave while the tv was on the breaker keep pooping and needing to be reset.
