Highly recommend this hotel for all travellers who wanna visit Chefchaouen. It is only 5 mins walk from CTM bus station !!! All the hotel staff are so nice and helpful !! They give us a map with all the recommended photo spots in the medina. The room is clean and large, we are lucky enough to get the room upgraded. A newly revamped hotel within walking distance of the bus station Maison D’hotes Afrassi went above and beyond when I had a mix up with dates. The hotel was pleasant, new,clean and breakfast was traditional. Wifi is good. It is a bit of a walk to the Medina and if you have more than a small backpack the hike uphill could be a bit of a struggle. There is always a taxi if the suitcase has worn out it’s wheels. From the moment we arrived we were greeted in the most friendly way. My husband and I had been traveling all day and we were offered a fresh glass of orange juice to sit in their nicely decorated lobby. We were escorted to our room having help to carry our luggage and the room was amazing. We had a full breakfast served to us on the rooftop the next morning, by again wonderful staff and we had to leave a bit early and they accomodated us by serving us an earluer breakfast than usual. Wow and delicious! The staff were incredible, full of information and help, what a fantastic place. Thank you for giving us this wonderful experience. It is special and comfortable. Our room was fabulous and completely spotless. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. WiFi was great in all parts of the hotel. The most amazing part was Ahmed. He is a fantastic person that can’t do enough to make his guests feel welcome and at home. His love and passion for what he does and for Chefchousen is truly remarkable. From helping us park to getting us to our room to giving us Google map locations for all the best sights and even restaurant recommendations. He is a master! This property is super convenient and easy walking to all the best sights to see. And you don’t want to miss meeting Ahmed! The location is just 5 minutes uphill from the bus and taxi station. Its a 10 minute walk from the beginning of old town which is nice because hauling in your suitcase is no problem here. The breakfast was nice and it was on the terrace with a lovely view The star of the show were thebstaff. Bith were passionate and proud of Chefchaouen and it showed. I was given suggestions of sites to see and places to eat on my google map. The bed was a little hard, but that is personal preference. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you get a room that is higher up or are traveling with older family members or family members with disabilities. I would definitely stay here again. Possibilité de se garer devant ou rues à côté. Personnel adorable et professionnel qui donne d'excellentes informations pour les visites et restaurants. La discussion s'est fait uniquement en anglais car ils ne parlent pas français et je ne parle pas arabe. Très bon petit-déjeuner en terrasse ou pièces couvertes si la météo est mauvaise. Chambre 6 grande et confortable. Pas d'ascenseur.
