The Chase Golf Club Tours and Activities

When I checked in at Mecure Birmingham West hotel, it was a friendly and professional reception from staff on front desk. My room was freshly cleaned and well presented with all amenities in place. I enjoyed using the spa and relaxing which was the main aim of my stay as well as having a lovely dinner in the restaurant that evening all in all a nice staycation in West Brom. I eill definetly visit again thanks for the warm hospitality.

Stayed at the voco in Leicester which was amazing and thought this would be the same unfortunately it was a slight let down as the room wasn't as clean as expected. The leisure facilities were standard not as clean needs updating and just a good clean. The changing rooms were really unbelievable to a point I didn not choose to even change in there had to leave in a wet costume to my room. Staff were friendly.
