Such a cute and charming vintage house! We love the room so much. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service! My family and I had a wonderful night here. We really enjoyed our stay!
The staff were sooo nice and helpful! Our room was comfortable and the shower in particular was great for a hotel shower - lots of hot water and strong water pressure. I appreciated the complimentary morning tea available. The location is excellent- walking distance to Cows Ice Cream!
This inn was very charming and centrally located for exploring Charlottetown on foot, with convenient parking. The room itself was spacious and pleasant to relax in after a day out.
Ron was tidy and clean. Hotel had great charm and conveniently located. Walking distance to most of the restaurants and historic areas. Great. Would recommend.
Great stay close to all the action yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Walking distance to everything! Very spacious and comfortable room. Great water pressure in the shower and proper evacuation of the bowl.
The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to restaurants and downtown. We stayed in the main house, keep in mind there are no elevators. The Anne of Green Gables theme room was charming and my daughters loved the Victorian character.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and grounds were clean and room was well stocked with coffee and towels. Close to waterfront, souvenirs, many options to eat in walking distance. Parking was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
The main building looked very nice but our rooms in the annex were very disappointing. My view was a brick wall and the stairs and hallway need to be replaced. Some boards were quite flimsy to walk on. The location was nice for walking around the city but the accommodation was not enjoyable. Rooms were clean.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel needs a renovation and better sheets and bed covers. The hotel into our room was warped and did not seem safe. The front desk is dark and the receptionist was behind a glass partition. The hotel staff tried their best, the hotel seems clean and the parking is good. It seems that covid hurt this hotel and it has not recovered.
Lovely stay and the staff was very friendly. Simply updated rooms. Wonderful location. No elevators so something to consider if you have mobility issues and are staying above the ground floor.
My only request would be for better black out blinds that cover more space to not let any light in.
Very nice room in the annex. They only offer coffee and tea in the morning. Close to downtown and parks. Would recommend. Breakfast in the former CN hotel next door is delicious and affordable.
