While nestled into the calm and quiet of a single family home community, enjoy your walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping, live theater and Our Town Davidson movie theater, all less than 1/2 mile from your front door. Experience world class dining at nearby Kindred, voted a Bon Appetit Top 10 restaurant in 2015, or hang at a casual renovated Cotton Mill restaurant/bar called Brickhouse. There are over 30 restaurants in Davidson to choose from. Be lakeside on Lake Norman at one of several eating and drinking establishments, only a 3 minute drive away. Walk along nearby Lake Davidson and take out a private kayak (included!) for your paddling pleasures. Enjoy the quiet calm of a private, landscaped back patio with patio table seating for up to 6

    The Master bedroom suite is furnished with a beautiful Bob Timberlake Queen bed, 40 inch LED TV with Apple TV box, a leather recliner, a master bathroom with 2 sinks, separate soaking tub and standup shower. (The Master closet may be locked as owner storage, if so 2 over door hanging units will be for guests use for hanging clothing.)

    The 2nd bedroom has a queen pine bed, pine dresser, closet, and HD LED SMART television.

    The 3rd bedroom has a full bed, painted wooden dresser, closet and HD LED SMART television.

    The hallway bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combination.

The neighborhood is in a beautiful and shaded area. The house was spacious for the 5 of us, well stocked, and clean. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area!

Very convenient location to Davidson College. The house was in a quiet residential area and was just as described, clean and organized with plenty of amenities and room for our family. Check-in was easy and host was easy to communicate with!

Home/area was fantastic! Robert was very helpful/informative. Lots to do in the area - please check out the binder/book in the home for things to do. Great farmers market on Main St. and lots of walking paths. Home was well equiped with ALL things needed from spare pillows to bedding. Easy arrival and departure. Thank you for hosting us!!

Fantastic visit to the Davidson area. House is walking distance to the cute town center and all of its amenities. So many parks and green space to explore in addition to the shops and restaurants of the town. House is very dog-friendly, and we particularly liked the fenced in yard where they could roam around freely. House was clean and well-maintained. Cute park right around the corner where we walked the dogs. Host is very responsive and friendly. We will be back.

Great location

This house is the perfect location. It’s a few blocks to the Harris Teeter, a few blocks to downtown Davidson, a few blocks from the Brickhouse Tavern, and one block to the Davidson Theater. The neighborhood is tree-lined and quiet. The house is plenty roomy and has a delightful back patio. It’s a great place to stay

Comfortable townhome in charming Davidson neighborhood

The home was perfect for our family with everything we needed - coffee, towels, linens. It was very clean upon arrival, the neighborhood itself was almost right on the Davidson campus and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant family get away

Location

Great location. The college and downtown were both within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk our dog and enjoy the surroundings. The fenced in back yard was great to let the dog out as well. Master bedroom was comfortable and spacious.

Great spot in Davidson

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The home was very clean although there are some stains on the carpet (to be expected in a pet-friendly home). The listing is accurate except there is no double sleep sofa as described. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in Davidson

We were in town for a Davidson College event. This house was in a great location. Easy walk to Main Street and the campus. The house is stocked with all the essentials. Only regret we did not find it before our daughter was a Senior at Davidson!

Great stay in Davidso

Rob was very attentive…. Quick to communicate and very accommodating. The home was very clean. It was nice to be able to travel with our dogs and visit our family for DC swim meet … just a short walk to campus, Main St restaurants and coffee shops and the Sat am Davidson farmers market.

Granddaughter's Lacrosse Tournament

We came to Davidson to be closer to our granddaughters Lacrosse Tournament this weekend. First off we loved the town Davidson and we loved the location of the townhouse, the street it's on is just beautiful. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a great weekend. There are plenty of extras such as towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and everything you could think of for the kitchen. We used the grill one evening and it worked perfectly. Rob was a great host and communicator. We'll defiantly stay here next time we're in town.

Nice, comfortable home

This home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. I wouldn’t technically call it walkable, but there are a couple restaurants that you can walk to on a busy main road to access. My only complaint: People don’t want to use someone else’s used bar of soap. All that was provided in shower were two unwrapped and used bars, yuck. And no other toiletries, such as shampoo/conditioner were provided. My recommendation would be to include a starter kit with mini soap, shampoo and conditioner, the same as a hotel. I had to run to grocery store to shower and for the nightly rental being charged, this should be provided to your guests. Rob’s communication was great with check in. I would recommend this property to families who don’t need lake access but need a bigger space than a hotel room.
