The Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Place, The Mint Museum, The NASCAR Hall of Fame, Ray’s Splash Planet, near to Johnson C. Smith University and a variety of Restaurants and stores to choose from.

Perfect for what we needed

I was in town to vend at an Expo, and this was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Super-cute, clean, less than 10 minutes to the convention center, private parking, affordable... it was perfect for us. The property manager was very responsive and quickly accommodated us when we needed to add an extra night. We'll be staying here again next year when we're back in town for the expo.Thank you so much!

Very nice place, located right in the middle of everywhere I needed to go. The place was very clean and has most of what you need if you just so happen to forget anything. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte. It was perfect for me and my pre-teens. Ms. Smart was very accommodating and quickly responds to any questions.

Home away from home

Everything was great! All of the amenities of home while on vacation makes the time spent so much better. The place was very clean and maintained and well equipped for our stay. It is large enough to accommodate a small family. Highly recommend!

Great location, well equipped, clean

Location is great. By car a short drive into the city (Nascar Hall of Fame, for instance). Public transportation around the corner (tram, currently for free, might change). Neighborhood quiet and seems safe. Great communication with the owner! Well equipped and clean, even with washing machine and dryer. We missed nothing. It's an older building with it's own charme. Lots of space! Parking in back yard, very convenient. We would come back!

We had and excellent time….the best vacation. The accommodations were all that we could have hoped for and exceeded any hotel we could have rented. We wish we could have stayed for a week to see all that the city had to offer.

Clean and convenient

First of all the host was wonderful, very helpful and quickly to respond. The stay was enjoyable, quite, and close to Uptown and South End. Plenty of parking. The only small issue was the TV internet was slow and buffered often, but internet ony laptop/ phone was fine.

Perfect location with everything you’ll need!

Our stay was great, and we appreciated knowing we had our own space to return to after busy days out and about. Located just a few minutes drive from downtown Charlotte, an easy Uber or drive to check out a game or get some great food without all of the noise. Our host was excellent with great communication and kindness leading up to our stay, during and after. Looking forward to another visit.

amazing host and great location

I was visiting Charlotte looking to potentially move and was blown away by the hospitality Nicola provided. Her place is near downtown which was perfect for what I needed and it offered plenty of space for my guest and I. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which was very helpful as we were staying for a few days. The beds were comfortable enough for us as we expected with the reasonable pricing. As we were leaving we left some things behind and Nicola went above and beyond to promptly deliver them to us. I would recommend this place to future guests as a cost efficient stay.

Great Spot

Came here with my fiancée for a little weekend getaway to Charlotte and really enjoyed our stay at the property!! There was more than enough room, nice bedrooms, very clean overall. The area was perfect, about 5-10 minutes away from downtown and also close to their train. Plenty of ammenities at the place although we didn’t end up needing many. Would very much recommend this VRBO!?

Great little townhouse!

This house was perfect for myself and a couple of friends! Cute little 2 bedroom house that is only a 10-15 minute drives to great breweries and restaurants! Communication with the owner was great as well!

My family and I stayed at this location for a weekend getaway in NC and it exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean and spacious. It is in a convenient location (located near food places and gas stations). Check-in was very simple and the property manager kept in contact with me, as well as answered any questions I had.
