This property was also in close proximity to downtown and everything was less than 10 minutes away from the house. My only concern was that the bedding was unclean but they did provide extra sheets/beddings that we were able to change out. The studio room was quiet, and the rooftop patio was a great bonus—we even caught the fireworks! The only challenge was parking. I wish there had been a way to unload right next to the steps leading up to the studio. We checked in on a Sunday, and the driveway was full with no available street parking. A cart to help roll in items would have been helpful.
