  • Studio built above detached garage away from main house to enjoy privacy. Property is surrounding by trees and gardens and has a remote feel. Enjoy a spa-like large walk in shower. Wifi is provided to connect your devices. A treadmill is in the unit to workout while enjoy the many DVD movies provided or login to your own Netflex or other entertainment apps on the smart TV. Studio contains 2 pleather reclining chairs enjoy some rest or comfortably work on your computer. Kitchen features the following appliances: fridge, toaster oven, countertop burner, microwave/convection, as well as a Keurig for coffee. Studio does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Kitchen is supplied with items needed to cook & eat in and has a kitchen table. Great central location within minutes of 485 to get where you need to be quickly. Only 8 minutes from downtown Matthews and a vast amount of stores and restaurants located at Sycamore Commons area.
