On 5 acres located right off I77 exits 31-33 close to Lowes HQ, Davidson College, Ingersol Rand, Duke Energy, and more. Queen bed, leather couch/chair, dining, breakfast area, desk, cable, WiFi, full fridge, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, stove, linens, pots, pans and all kitchen needs. Beautiful scenery. Private secure entrance. The space 1400 sq ft. spacious completely private 1 bed/1 bath 2nd floor home apartment. Parking right next to door, private and secure entrance in upscale Mooresville Lake Norman neighborhood on 5 acres. Includes WIFI, a full kitchen/dining area, breakfast nook, living area with TV, office nook, bedroom, full bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is also an additional connected bedroom that includes a full size bed, linens, and dresser that could be opened up for an additional charge of $15 nightly. The neighborhood is great for walking. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Check in was easy and communication was great.
