Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that none of these features were available: • There was no access to the gym or rooftop as advertised. • Although the listing and pre-arrival email stated that one unassigned parking space was included, parking was not accessible, causing a major inconvenience since I drove into town. • Additionally, the concierge staff during the afternoon and evening hours were unprofessional, and the front desk served more as a social hub than a guest support area.
