My stay here was very much needed for the weekend, Lance was probably the most communicative host I’ve had on Vrbo ! With the weather being so bipolar he came to fix the AC unit and also offered to bring space heaters for me. Quiet neighborhood Friendly neighborhood pets 10/10

We stayed for almost a month. Overall the stay was pretty good. You can tell the property was cared for however there were a few things during my stay that were less than ideal. The A/C isn’t very powerful, in the mid afternoon the living space would be anywhere between 76-78 degrees and wouldn’t cool down until the sun went down. While I understand there is little control about power outages, when the power went out we lost A/C for a day and a half and there is no generator to aide as a back up so if you are booking in the summer or winter be aware of that. There were also several roaches that I came across and I found 2 mice that were dead on contact paper under the stove. Then at night I could hear the mice as well in the wall. I made the property aware of the issue and they sent someone within 48 hours to treat for mice. There is also a really strong smell that is in what is supposed to be the pantry and it was making my food smell like that so I moved my groceries to a different cabinet. The TV’s were nice, and we enjoyed dining at the kitchen table. It was the perfect size for my daughter and me. It is also in a great area near plaza midwood. We would frequently walk to the local coffee shops and restaurants. Outside of the issues I mentioned we had a nice stay.

Great location

House in great neighborhood. 1.8 miles from Spectrum Center walking. Internet is sometimes spotty. Otherwise, it worked perfect for us. Great communication and wasy check in and out.

Fabulous neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the location as it was so close to wonderful restaurants & shops and a short drive to downtown. We went for several walks, including to the nearby amazing bakery. Lance was easy to communicate with, and we’d stay here again in a second.

Great location near other family we were visiting. Clean with everything we needed. Beds were a little firm for my taste, but my son loved the firm mattress. Would stay again.

Excellent Location

This place is as described - a simple, sweet home that is in a stellar location. The host's communication was great up until the end, but everything ended up fine. It is a great value for the spot. My only two caveats are that the kitchen is very lean with very scratched, old pans (why is this so often the case in VRBO's?) and the beds are very, very hard. If you prefer firmer beds though, this place is great!

Quiet Little House Near Down Town

Very cute house in a charming neighborhood in downtown Charlotte. It's a relatively quiet area aside from the occasional train. The house is a bit older and the AC struggles to keep up on hot days.

Stay in Chantilly

We had a great stay here, the neighborhood is lovely and you can walk a loop through the Chantilly park at the end of the street. We were walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, bars in Plaza Midwood and Elizabeth neighborhoods and the gold line light rail (currently free to ride). The home had all the amenities listed, and also great hot water and water pressure (important to some!). I would absolutely stay here again!
