Parking and having to pay extra in the historical district is an issue. The hotel needs to update the carpets in the hallways and rooms. The continental breakfast is a plus.

I loved the location. The hotel itself needs a major overhaul!! The rooms were musty, and the elevators and hallways were very warm. The front desk staff was not welcoming and did not seem to like being there. The back-of-the-house staff was so sweet and friendly. Overall the hotel location was perfect!!

This hotel had a very warm, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean.The facility was located in a good area of Charleston, making it convenient to use the free busing service throughout the day for touring the beautiful city. I would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property and its location. It is walking distance to everything and if you don't like to walk, the free air conditioned shuttle is right outside the door and is available every 30 minutes. We had a wonderful time. Staff was amazing, breakfast was great and coffee all day was excellent. Thanks to everyone.
