It's a fantastic location for the hundreds of wineries, and has one or two within walking distance. We really enjoyed the bird life; the galah performance around sunset as they flew to roost in a nearby tree was such a treat, and the noisy sulphur-crested cockatoos, colourful lorikeets and parrots were a delight too. The actual space is larger than it appears in the photos. The host Kelly was very attentive to my messages and met me at the property on my arrival. The accomodation was exceptionally clean, well stocked and within walking distance to a number of wineries. I slept so well as the bed and bedding was really comfy. I enjoyed sitting out on the lovely verandah listening to birdsong every morning for breakfast and having use of the bbq was great.
