Our beautifully renovated home is in a great location just 3 blocks away from the CBD, perfect just to grab a bite to eat at the many cafes, restaurants and pubs. Cooper St is in close proximity to all the supermarkets and shops, also transport that can take you to the vineyards for lunch, dinner wine tasing or concerts It has four generous sized bedrooms, two of the bedrooms having their own ensuite’s. Cooper St has two separate living areas, BBQ entertainment area easy parking at the premise. The space The house is fully equipped for a group of friends or family just to chill, rest and relax, with a BBQ area which also hosts magnificent views of the town and the mountains which surround the vineyards that are a short drive away. Cooper Street has a large kitchen, breakfast bar and another separate seated bar area that is opposite one living area.
