Mercy Medical Center Tours and Activities

This was the worst hotel I have ever been at. This place is nasty with dirty nasty and had roaches and very few people dont smoke there. The people at the front door don't understand English very well. And they stand right outside the door smoking all the time, and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke! When we told them about the roach they said we need a picture so unfortunately I found another one and took a picture and showed the girl at the desk and she moved us upstairs where we found another roach the next day and left!

This place was disgusting, filthy!! AC didn’t work . No shampoo No conditioner. Small soap . Bathroom door was rotted. Pillows were flat and old . Back door open all night it did not lock . Absolutely gross !!
