« I want to start out by saying that the staff at the front desk were amazing! Super friendly and incredibly helpful. I have zero complaints about the folks who work there - they are wonderful. We were coming in for a graduation at OU. ALL of the hotels in the area completely gouge the prices and more than triple their rates. The Thunderbird was VERY reasonable. A little info about the Lodge: This place is old and dated! If you don't smoke, make sure you are reserving a nonsmoking room!! ...

« It was an adequate stay for one night and would stay again for the favorable pricebut…the pool was closed and I assume also the gym because the key pad didn’t work for it. .i was near an outside door and the key pad didn’t work so I couldn’t come in and out the door. There were no large towels or floor mat in my room, only hand towels. « This cabin was perfect for our little retreat. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the porch while viewing the peace of the lake. Cabins are fairly close together, but with the trees and other foliage, you feel you are far from any others. We found it so calming one morning to listen to the gentle rain falling through the leaves on the trees. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries. »
