The cottage has 2 bedrooms with QB in each(blankets/doonas/electric blankets/pillows are supplied. Sheets, towels and pillowcases supplied Separate bathroom/toilet and laundry Fully self contained kitchen with all utensils supplied Fridge/electric stove/ microwave/ toaster and jug Lounge room with TV/DVD player and large dining room with CD player/books/jigsaws/and reverse cycle air conditioning Veranda and patio to relax and unwind and to enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the peacefulness with the rural views and established garden and our very old figtree Gas and wood barbeques are available. We are situated 10 minutes drive north to Narooma 20 min drive south to Bermagui with Central Tilba close by. The only thing that I could suggest, especially on the warm nights, the bedrooms do get quite warm, can open window but have to keep the blind shut as only have lace curtains. A fan would be great for the bedrooms to cool down rooms.Great outdoor space for pets and enough room for kids to play. It felt like a real home away from home. It is very comfy and spacious with lovely pastoral views over the property; and has all you need for when you come home after exploring the local area and just want to relax. The property is ideally situated, being very close to beautiful Mystery Bay and halfway between Narooma and Bermagui with all they have to offer. Our hosts Betty and Colin were lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Short drive (or 15 min walk) to beach. 15 min drive to Narooma or central Tilba. My little dog and I loved the acreage - Betty informed us that the cows had been moved off the paddocks - so it was free range walking for us, each afternoon. PERFECT scenario. We enjoyed our 2 nights with ultimate comfort. My daughter loved to run around the backyard and explore flowers and several type of fruits. Beach is just 2 min drive away. The Cottage provided a peaceful and relaxing get away. When not out and about - we kept warm in the cosy heated lounge and dining areas. There's a TV with a dvd player, plus books and board games. A big house, with plenty of room for kids and a beautiful property too look out over. So close to Mystery Bay and Tilba. House was very clean with everything we needed. Convenient to Narooma, Tilba and Bermagui. Lovely being able to take our dog for a walk down to the beach. It had a big closed in yard that my four year old cavoodle loved. The host Betty was a lovely lady. Very close to Tilba central, a lovely little historic village. Thank you Betty 🤗 ##### Sandra H. The cottage is surprisingly large, clean and comfortable. Hot water in seconds. We liked the semi-rural nature of the property as it was quiet but close to the beach (short walk) and a short ride to either Central Tilba or Narooma. I'm pretty sure our dog had a great time too and was very interested in the cows that graze in the adjoining paddock at the cottage. The owners Betty and Colin live next door (I didn't initially realise this) and are very friendly and not at all intrusive. All in all, highly recommended. ##### Paul O. The view is terrific and I’ll miss it when we get home. Betty is a wonderful host on arrival and then left us alone to enjoy the peace and birds in the area. The surrounding towns of Tilba Tilba and Bermagui are lovely with great food and pubs. The Bermagui Beach Hotel is a great place for a beer and the Boneless Cafe for coffee and breakfast. The beaches are pet friendly for the most part and spectacular to just swim or relax. We will definitely be back. ##### Warwick K.
