Ideal location near lots of dining and attractions. Minutes from shops, restaurants, wineries, breweries, parks, hospitals & more. 5 min away from the Jackson County Fairgrounds, 15 min to historic Jacksonville where you can enjoy the famous Britt Music Festival or 25 min to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival. Crater Lake National Park makes a great day trip and for the hikers, Table Rock Trail Head is a short drive away! EV Charger! For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest\`s arrival. The living room has a couch, two comfortable chairs, 50\` smart TV and a Roku streaming stick with remote. Streaming services are available with guest\`s own accounts. This home has 2 bedrooms with 2-queen beds (one in each room). The renovated bathroom has a beautiful tiled stand-up shower with soap, shampoo and body wash provided. The newly designed kitchen has tiled backsplash and solid surface countertops, full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There\`s also a Keurig & French Press coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods. Enjoy the private fenced outdoor patio while grilling your dinner with roped lighting. The grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. We also have a full-size stackable washer and dryer, board games and a blue tooth speaker for entertainment. Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles. There\`s a small fenced area for pets. Please keep your pets on a leash while in the front yard. This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera on the garage pointing to the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest\`s privacy when they stay at our house. Pets welcome, see house rules for more details. Check in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guests arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure. Pet Rules: A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee applied after booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. We rented this house for a 3 week work trip. The house looked just like the photos. It was clean, had proper supplies, even cleaning supplies, and check in and check out were easy and straight forward. There was some loud music from a neighbor for an entire day on a weekend, but that’s part of living in a neighborhood and it did not go late into the evening. Motion lights, so doggy could see what she was doing even late at night. Owner was very responsive, when we messaged. Plenty of parking in clean, gravel driveway. Beds were comfortable, soft sheets, a lot of pillows which I love. (multiple pillow person here) a lot of thoughtful touches....qtips in bathroom for example. Complete kitchen, with Tupperware to store leftovers. Walking distance to a park and dutch brothers coffee, McDonald's, the point pub and grill.
