Two small dogs allowed, NO cats!

**We really enjoyed staying at Shaun’s place and wished we had more time to explore. It was very easy to get in and out. The property had every item we could wish for and Shaun made sure to finish every detail. We did not once go looking for something and not find it. Shaun communicated frequently with us and was very quick to respond. There was a big storm that went through town while we were there and Shaun took the extra step to check on us. Five stars all the way.

Good stay especially if you have dogs!

Clean and Roomy Place!

My husband, two dogs, and I stayed here and loved it!! They have a fenced back yard which our dogs enjoyed and we loved the cleanliness of the place. Their kitchen was stocked which was nice since we ended up cooking some meals there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home in Cedar City

We enjoyed our stay here at this property. Very clean, and exactly as pictured and described. Home is also dog friendly, we brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved playing in the grass in the backyard. We would stay again.

Great place and dog friendly!

Great place to stay! Everything was well stocked and prepared our visit. Loved the little touches like kcups and makeup mirrors. The yard was great for our dogs and it was nice to sit on the patio to relax with them. The hosts were so nice and easy to get in touch with. There wasn’t one thing that we lacked. Many thanks to the Hunt family - wonderful experience!

Felt like home

This home had everything we needed. The owner was so thoughtful to supply so many kitchen and bathroom necessities and even extra treats. There were even things for dogs... if you have them. Totally recommend!

The house was extremely comfortable and they had extras like snacks, toiletries and coffee. The kitchen was well supplied so we where able to cook meals. The whole experience was good. We watched an incredible firework show from the front yard. We are definitely going to staying here on our next trip to Cedar City.

Feels Like Home

Our experience was incredible. The Hunts are responsive and friendly. We stayed here because we were dropping our daughter off at SUU. The visit was bittersweet and having a quaint place to land every night was comforting as we reluctantly became empty nesters! Our doggies enjoyed the yard and friendly neighbors.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Lots of extra touches. example. basket of snacks. Neighbor dogs were bothersome at times whether our dog were outside or just us. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay.

A good stay

A comfortable place to stay. It was clean, had everything you needed. The communication with the owners was outstanding and easy. The beds were a little to soft for my wife and I. We prefer a very firm mattress. The back yard was clean and enough room for our 65lbs dog. The only downside was it was a little further north of the downtown area than we expected. But overall a very good, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean house in a quiet neighborhood

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen has a dishwasher. The cutting boards are under the sink. Washing machine and dryer both worked well and were easy to use. Easy parking and access to the highways and parks. The local supermarket, Lin’s, sells really good fresh-squeezed orange juice - do not miss it!

Very comfortable and clean. A few things not supplied by cleaning crew. Owner was very responsive and took care of it. TV screens small for size of rooms and some common channels not available through provider (Roku).

At the top of the list

This is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The house is layed out perfectly, esp. if you have children. It was the two of us, so we had more than enough room. In fact, it was nice having 2 bathrooms! The host is easy to get a hold of. We had a small issue and our host (Shun) took care of it immediately. The house was very clean. Nice backyard if you have a dog. Even though we didn't use the backyard we could see it would be nice for a dog. Can't say enough good for the whole experience. Thanks again Shun. If ever in the area you know where we will be staying.
