Loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the slopes. The owners had Christmas decoration and a Christmas tree as an added bonus. We really felt at home. The unit has a private garage so, we loved not having to defrost our car in the mornings. This was the best vacation and experience for our family! Thank you for the priceless memories! From it’s convenient location across from the slopes to the Christmas decorations, including a Frosty inspired tree, this place was wonderful! The condo was appointed with modern designs throughout as well as lots of cozy blankets and heaters to keep you warm! We could literally watch the night skiing from our living room window! It was clean and very spacious. Lots of places to sit and eat. Our kids really enjoyed playing the wii (since we don’t own one). Kitchen had everything we needed. We love Capitol Reef and it’s only 5 minutes away. We even caught a play at the Shakespearean festival (40 min away). Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. ##### Kara A. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay and the AC didn't really work but it was beautiful weather so not an issue there. A quick walk or drive to restaurants and parks. It was clean and decorated very well. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home! The host was helpful in giving us the option for early check-in. The one downfall of this stay was that the loft stayed uncomfortable hot. We drove in from Las Vegas to escape the heat wave. Although it was 30 degrees cooler in Brian Head, inside the property it was a balmy 85 degrees. The main living space and the upstairs master bedroom were exceptionally hot. Making it uncomfortable to sleep for us and our young children. The downstairs bedroom was able to cool off to 75 if we had the doors open, fans on and it was night. The A/C was loud, but did not blow cold air so we had to try other ways to cool down the space. Even at night, with the windows and doors open and the fans on, the upstairs stayed around 80 degrees. This wouldn’t be an issue in the winter, obviously. But if you are traveling in the summer, especially with small children who need a cool place to sleep, it’s something to consider. ##### Christa P.
