It is large enough house to sleep a group of 7 comfortably. VISITING SOUTHERN UTAH NATIONAL PARKS, BOOK WITH US AND SAVE BIG! You can stay indoors and enjoy a warm fire, or enjoy the amazing mountain views right from your own walk out deck. In this unit, you have different options to accommodate yourself and your group. The Space: The Aspens condominiums, in Brian Head, Utah, offer a stunning and rustic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is perfect for a comfortable and luxurious stay. As you walk into the condo, you'll be greeted by the warm glow of a wood-burning fireplace, with wood accents and big windows that allow for breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The private deck, off the living room, is an excellent spot to enjoy the mountain air and scenery. The dining table comfortably seats all guests and provides a perfect setting for family meals and game nights. The well-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay. As you walk up the first set of stairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with modern fixtures, and ample closet space in the master bedroom provides plenty of storage. The second bathroom is located on the same level as the master bedroom, providing convenience and accessibility. As you make your way up the second set of stairs, you'll find the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, featuring a loft with a twin-sized day bed. There is also a second loft with a ladder leading up to it, featuring a single twin bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and bottom, offering plenty of sleeping options for guests. Overall it was fantastic. Location was perfect. It is right across the street from fishing pond that we all caught both rainbow and tiger trout. There is a park with pickle ball courts that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Our youngest loved all the stairs and the fun loft. My only complaint was at first arriving we had to take out the garbage. It looked like it was left from the cleaners and I’m sure was forgotten but it was inconvenient as we we’re bringing in our things, trying to situate kids and get dinner to have to worry about someone else’s garbage. Condo makes great use of its space with lots of beds and even a fun bunkbed loft for kids. Kitchen is fully stocked; even has a crock pot which would be great for winter stays. It is close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and several higher parks, and never got too hot. The unit was comfortable, fully stocked, and could easily accommodate 6-8 (more than we had). It was slightly smaller than envisioned, but big enough for the 5-6 of us since we were mostly outside. I would consider returning! ##### Geoff A.
