It is by Filinvest and is one of the two closest Condominium neighborhoods to SM Seaside, Cebu Ocean Park, Chapel of San Pedro Calungsod, Nustar Casino and Il Corso Lifestyle mall.   
  
Accessible to the new Mactan Cordova Bridge, Talisay City, Anjo World in Minglanilla, Basilica Del Sto Nino, Magellan's Cross, and Cebu City Downtown.  
  
You can book and make it exclusive for yourself or your group. It can accommodate up to four (4) guests.

The condominium association requires all guests to be registered. Kindly message host right away the following details the soonest:  
  
1\. First and last names of each guest (as they appear on your ID).  
2\. Estimated time of arrival at the building  
3\. Local mobile number or whatsapp number (if available)  
  
I will register everyone in the Filinvest Guest Registration System.  
  
B. Check-In Options  
You can choose one of the following:  
  
 1\. Self-Check-In: We’ll provide the key box code and instructions few days before check-in day.   
 2\. Assisted Check-In: Available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We will meet you at the gate based on your advised arrival time.  
  
Please note:   
\-Early check-ins before 2:00 PM are subject to availability and may have charges depending on arrangement, timing of notifications and how early it will be.   
\-late assisted check-ins after 7 PM may incur additional charges.  
\-Please make sure the list of guests is final before submission. Any additional guests added within 48 hours before arrival or during the stay will require a separate service request number and will be charged ₱220\. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience — this policy is set by the condominium administration, not by
