No cockroachs or bugs, AC worked great. Great location. It's a quiet spot, but easy to walk or bike to anywhere on the island. The only complaint I have is the mattress. It's more like a thick pad. It wasn't very comfortable. The bikes could use a tune up, as we had to use our own Leatherman tool to fix the wobbly wheel. It was a decent enough place to stay for our trip. ##### Cj A. Cannot express enough how stress free this owner will make your trip. Just reach out to her when she makes contact with you.
