Very nice experience we have spent in this cottage. Very nice and helpful staff with fast response. The location of the compound is fantastic and in a strategic area, my family and I loved it so much.

We loved our stay and will be back next year. The kitchen could use some measuring cups and some baking sheets. The staff were wonderful. Having our own laundry was an added bonus along with two bathrooms.

Hidden Acres was a pleasant surprise. It was so close to all the attractions. The cabins were gorgeous, the pool was amazing and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. We will be back.

Checking in felt a bit awkward. Nobody at desk and had to call them to come check me in. She was very nonchalant with not much expression and no eye contact. The language barrier was hard to communicate with her. Cottage was cozy and clean. There is a heat pump in main living area which cool/heat the bedrooms and bathrooms. So you would need to keep your doors open at night. Website states there is a basketball net, which we found to be false. Pool was nice but needs some cleaning around the sides. Lounge chairs were in good condition for the most part. The fire pits are communal and it’s $10 for a bundle of firewood.

The hardest part was reaching the host in order to make arrangements for check-in. They were not answering the phone the day before my schedule booking, and they did not answer the phone the day of my booking either. We showed up at the property and it was really hard trying to find the main office. I kept calling and no one answer. I even left a message and still have not received a response. I think they hope people don't check in so that they have less work. It took us about an hour plus in order to figure out the main office was in the next area, not where the cabins are located. Other then the difficult check in the property was as expected. Bonus for pots, pans, and utensils required.
