« The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast. The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good. »

« Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating). »

« The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price! They even provide a good breakfast, games and books on request, and gave us a little goodbye token which was so warm and loving! »

« The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam. But i prefered finding something else on the way. I noticed that they provided with games like darts, badminton etc.. The...
