The 50m² vacation apartment Casa Rita is located in Castelsardo, a small town along the northeastern coast of Italy's Sardinia, a sunny island in the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features air conditioning and a television. Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy a partial sea view from the balcony.

#### Hält nicht was es verspricht
Eigentlich wäre die Wohnung gut. Nur leider hatte es einiges was nicht in Ordnung war. Im Inserat stand das sie Wohnung 2 Fussminuten vom Meer entfernt ist, es sind aber 2 Autominuten. Das Kinderzimmer hat kein Fenster. Auf den ersten Blick sah die Wohnung sauber aus doch das Geschirr klebte und teilweise klebten Essensspeisen dran. Der Kühlschrank war innen sehr dreckig. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Die Vermieterin meinte sie wisse es, sie seien dran das Problem zu lösen. Im Spühlbecken stand ein Kochtopf mit Lumpen drin, beim Rausnehmen der Lumpen sahen wir das etwas angebranntes drin klebt. Die Leiter des Hochbetts ist defekt, sie lässt sich nicht am Bett fixieren, so das unser Kind mit einem Stuhl rauf und runter musst. Der WC-Deckel ist defekt, er rutscht hin und her. Im Lavabo ist die Stange des Stöpsel gebrochen (Rost), so das er nicht mehr raus kommt. Wen wir duschten tropfte es in der Unteren Wohnung so das wir noch besuch von einem Sanitär hatten. Das Türschloss harzte, so das wir angst hatten den Schlüssel abzubrechen. Die vermieterin reagierte nur mit, "wir sollen aufpassen das er nicht bricht". Wir haben dann das Schloss geölt und es ging wieder einwandfrei. Der Schlauch der Klimaanlage ist zu kurz, so das das Wasser der Klimaanlage über den ganzen Boden des Balkons läuft. Alles in allem, es wäre eine gute Wohnung wenn das Inserat angepasst wird und alle Mängel behoben werden.
