The house consist in a L-shaped living room with full kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for two couples. All windows have shutters and mosquitos nets. The house is located on top of the hill and is surrounded by a beautiful young olive grove. To reach the house you have to do 700 meters of unpaved road. The campaign is a beautiful medieval town overlooking the gulf of asinara.Castelsardo has a small port well equipped, where you can rent boats and rafts.There is a small fleet of fishing boats, that daily, bring fresh fish.Mullet and lobster, caught in its waters, are famous for their goodness.Many restaurants serving seafood. The location and view over Castelsardo is amazing and really beautiful. House is basic, beds are good. Outside we missed a good place with shadow and sunbeds. Sep 27, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Gianmarios Haus in den Olivenhainen mit einem phänomenalen Blick von der großen Terrasse auf Castelsardo, das Meer und die Berge. Dort herrscht eine absolute Ruhe, gelegentlich besuchten uns ein paar Ziegen. Unten am Zugang des Grundstücks ist ein abschließbares Tor. Von dort geht es mit dem Auto ca. 300 m durch die Olivenhaine hoch zum Haus. Dieses ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight, da man fast einen kompletten Rundum-Blick hat. Die Stadt mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Läden ist aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gianmario hat viele Infos zu Restaurants, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Aug 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Bonne communication avec Gianmarco,tres gentil,réactif .Maison située sur les hauteurs de Castelsardo,avoir une voiture est indispensable.La maison est sympa et propre entourée d'oliviers ,pas de voisins autour ,la montée par la route non goudronnée est parfois source de découverte surtout à la nuit tombée (lièvre,fouine,caille,renardeau etc)Les lits sont confortables,il n'y a pas de clim mais il y a des ventilateurs avec un mode qui ont été fort appréciés lors des fortes températures mais en hauteur le vebt souffle parfois trés fort .Nous avons très peu utilisé la terrasse, trop chaud et avec le vent et les abeilles pas facile de manger mais il est agréable de manger dans la cuisine en laissant la porte ouverte grâce aux mousticaires qui sont installées à toutes les fenêtres et portes de la maison .La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche mais attention elle est assez petite donc elle ne convient pas pour des personnes à forte corpulence ou trés grande.La cuisine est bien ,il manque pour notre part un micro onde mais qui devrait etre ajouté dans un futur proche ,je crois !Sinon machine à laver la vaisselle ,le linge ,frigo et congel etc le reste est assez complet.La vue est magnifique et notre hote est trrs accueillant et à l'écoute .Merci à Gianmario . ##### Elisabeth F. Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb von Castelsardo und oberhalb des Olivenhains, der ebenfalls dem Vermieter Gianmario gehört. Man erreicht das Haus mit dem Auto durch ein abgeschlossenes Tor und einen anschließenden Schotterweg.Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig - es gibt kein weiters Haus in der Nachbarschaft. Die Aussicht ist grandios, mit Blick auf Castelsardo und das Meer. In klaren Nächten war die Milchstraße von der großen Terrasse aus zu sehen.Die Übergabe bei der Anreise hat wunderbar geklappt, dank der sehr guten Kommunikation mit Gianmario per WhatsApp und Telefon. Auch bei kleineren Problemen während des Aufenthaltes hat Gianmario prompt geholfen.Wir haben das Ferienhaus und Gianmario in sehr guter Erinnerung und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.Vielen Dank nochmal an Gianmario. Une voiture est nécessaire pour bien profiter des alentours et accéder aux belles plages à une quinzaine de minutes. Castelsardo est accessible à pied pour qui aime marcher un peu. L’équipement était conforme au descriptif et suffisant pour nous 2 (nous avons principalement pris nos repas au resto). L’accueil sur place s’est très bien déroulé. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus mit dem schönen Olivenhain genau richtig. Nur der Müll war leider ein Problem. Obwohl wir den Müll nach Plan getrennt und nach unten an die Straße gebracht haben, wurde er nicht abgeholt. Bei unserer Abreise sollten wir den Müll auf die Deponie bringen oder an den Mülleimern am Strand entsorgen. Das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Der defekte Warmwasserboiler bei unserer Ankunft wurde schnell repariert. Leider gibt es keine Liegen auf der Terasse und eine unbequeme Möblierung. In dem Haus alles war so wie beschrieben; die Einsamkeit, die Ruhe, der wundervolle Ausblick. Wir sind mit unserer Labrador Hündin angereist, alles sehr problemlos! Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er hat uns gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Von hier haben wir schöne Ausflüge an andere Orte an der Nord - Westküste unternehmen können. Verschiedene schöne Strände, an denen Hunde erlaubt sind, sind in ca. 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.Castelsardo ist ein sehr schönes lautes Städtchen mit viel Charm, einem besonderem Flair, reichllich Restaurants, Cafes. ##### Sandra v. Zu Zweit kann man es sehr gut aushalten. Die Entfernung zum Ort ist nicht weit. Man geht ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Große Terrasse mit Traumblick. ##### Monika R. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane indimenticabili. La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Unico suggerimento che possiamo dare è che si potrebbe mettere una doccia esterna. Jun 20, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhaus mit Panoramablick Dieses Ferienhaus bietet herrliche Erholung und Ruhe, abseits der üblichen Ferienanlagen, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Man ist ganz für sich alleine, wohnt in einem abgeschlossenen, riesigen Gelände auf einem Hügel im Olivenhain mit herrlichem Rundum-Blick und Traumblick auf Castelsardo. Auf der großen Terrasse genießt man Erholung pur ! Die hübsche Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca.20 Minuten. Das Haus war super sauber und die Ausstattung perfekt. Der Vermieter, Gianmario, steht bei allen Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und ist super hilfsbereit ! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus allen erholungssuchenden Menschen absolut empfehlen !! Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Woche !!! ##### Hedi B. Si trova su una collina circondata da ulivi, a circa 1,5 km da Castelsardo. Soprattutto, la terrazza e la vista su Castelsardo e sul mare è fantastica. Non c'è posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Comunque, hai bisogno di una macchina o di una bicicletta se vuoi andare a Castelsaro e la strada è molto ripida a volte.
