### Two rooms Rosa, Cristina Farm, apartment in the countryside, relaxation and excursions

The Bilocale Rosa is an apartment on two floors (45 sq m, spiral staircase): 5 beds. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and two single beds; the master bedroom upstairs where there is also a third single bed, toilet and terrace.  
The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxing (chairs and umbrella). The Porch is shared with three other apartments and equipped with private table for outdoor dining. The house is on a hillside, pool and barbecue available. Free Wifi.  
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (c. 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for children and adults (football and table tennis, slide and swing). The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxing (chairs and umbrella). The Porch is shared with three other apartments and equipped with private table for outdoor dining.  
Under the porch you can use free wifi.  
Perfect for families with children.  
Fattoria Cristina is situated in Marciano, small and quiet village of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or the train to the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca.  
Florence and Genoa can be reached in an hour and a half.  
The house is in the countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, but not far from the great scenic attractions, historical and cultural.  
To reach the house you need to have a private car, we are located about half way from the motorway exits of Sarzana and Carrara (15 km of which 4 km of hilly road).  
Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car  
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (c. 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for children and adults (football and table tennis, slide and swing). You can use the free wifi. From the house you can go for walks in the surrounding countryside.  
We welcome our guests personally and are available for tips about local attractions, restaurants, demarches to neighboring cities, the best wineries to visit.  
Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we own a dog, a cat and a pony, and your pets are welcome!  
Possibility of making equipment available for small children such as cot, baby bath, changing table, high chair, etc.  
The charm of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest town is completely surrounded by greenery, on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy nature and relaxation needed for every holiday. Aurelia is only ten minutes drive and allows you to achieve a number of attractions such as Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, the villages in the surrounding hills, Sarzana, Versilia, The Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc .. . in a short time.  
our hotel by public transport can not reach. The nearest bus stop is 5 km and the train stations of Carrara and Sarzana are 15 km away. The house has a private parking. To reach the property have a private car is necessary.  
From the house you can go for hiking or cycling (mountain biking, hill paths).
