Welcome to Castel San Pietro! This charming 200 sqm accommodation offers all the comfort you need. Enjoy the warmth of a cozy fireplace, a private garden for outdoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families, with books and games for children and a spacious outdoor area. Book now for an unforgettable experience!  
  
 At the entrance of the property, you will find the mailbox and, inside it, the self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the apartments are stored in the self check in box, and you will receive all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. In this wonderful apartment, you are sure to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.   
  
 At our apartments, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, bed linen, towels, and sheets, the kitchen is equipped with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for separate waste collection. For any needs, we are always available to assist you, offering support from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. A concierge service is also available (except during the night) via chat, where you can ask any questions from operating appliances, to the best local restaurants, to the most interesting sightseeing spots, or the nearest parking.   
  
 We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.

Boat service on Lake Lugano for scenic excursions and lake activities. Private Transport A car is not essential but recommended for exploring villages, natural trails, and locations less served by public transport. Parking available near the property. Reaching Key Destinations Lugano about 15 minutes by car or direct train/bus connections. Mendrisio about 10 minutes by car or bus. Como about 30 minutes by car. Ideal For Guests Who Want to move easily by public transport or car. Wish to explore cities, villages, and natural attractions in Ticino and Lombardy. These rustic apartments, part of the same courtyard, are ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends up to 12 people when booked together, offering a unique and relaxing experience. The ground floor apartment features a cozy atmosphere with a large outdoor porch perfect for dining and relaxing. Inside, the interiors are decorated in Ticinese rustic style with exposed beams and a stone fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The furniture is made of solid wood with details inspired by local tradition. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated to blend perfectly with the rustic design. The apartment has a double bedroom and a room with four single beds, ideal for families and groups, and two bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. The first floor apartment welcomes guests with a warm, rustic environment characterized by exposed beams and a large stone fireplace. The traditional Ticinese furnishings in solid wood offer maximum comfort while retaining the charm of rustic style. The living area includes a sofa and flat screen TV, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals in a setting that reflects local tradition. This apartment has two spacious double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to six guests, along with an elegant bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Both apartments have furnished outdoor areas where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the fresh air. The courtyard is perfect for social gatherings and peaceful moments. Guests can enjoy free Wi Fi, a washing machine, bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies. Families with children are welcome, with free cots and high chairs available on request. Board games and puzzles are also provided for fun evenings together. Castel San Pietro is located in the heart of the Mendrisiotto, a region rich in natural beauty and local traditions.
