Much higher service then I expected.
Absolutely professional friendly staff.
Great location. Close to transportation. Great restaurant on the top floor with beautiful view on Duomo and closed locations.
Supplies with bathrobes, slippers, and vanity kit. There is a breakfast option. Close to local stores and cafes.

The hotel grounds and spa were beautiful
However, the room: decor, comfort and usability let’s down the hotel and thus the experience
The WiFi in the room was patchy and the tv only had Italian speaking programs and no option for subtitles in a chosen language. This coupled with the poor WiFi meant that on the 3 rainy days of our trip you are limited for things to do sadly
