Less than a block from the beach, it’s an easy coastal stay for families and cozy beach groups.

The guest who booked the reservation is responsible for making sure everyone in the group—including visitors, children, and the registered dog—follows these rules. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, guest-caused service calls, or cleaning beyond a typical stay.

✔ Booking Rules
Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the full reservation. No third-party bookings. All overnight guests and pet(s) must be listed on reservation.

✔ Guest Limit
Maximum occupancy is 9 people, including children. Visitors also count toward this limit.

✔ No Parties
Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not allowed. Excessive noise, disruptive activity, or having more people at the property than approved will be considered a party and a house-rule violation.

✔ Elevator Safety
✦ Do not use the elevator during storms, flickering lights, unstable power, possible outages, or if there is smoke or fire. Please use the stairs instead.
✦ Before touching the sliding door to exit to exit, wait for the elevator button light to turn off, as shown on the posted sign.
✦ Children may not operate the elevator and must be assisted by an adult.
✦ Do not force the doors, tamper with the controls, or misuse the elevator.
✦ Maximum capacity is two adults and no more than 500 pounds total.
✦ Never attempt to exit between floors.

If the Elevator Stops Working With Someone Inside
1. Remain inside. Do not force the doors or attempt to exit between floors.

2. Use the wall phone to call 911, then notify the host immediately through the app and phone number listed on fridge welcome sign.

3. If you cannot reach the host, call Mike, the elevator repair technician, at the number posted on elevator sign.

A $500 technician callout fee may apply when service is required due to guest misuse or user error, including exiting before the elevator button light turns off.

✔ Pool Safety
The pool has no lifeguard and is used at each guest’s own risk.

✦ Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
✦ No diving, running, glass, rough play, or jumping from decks, balconies, railings, furniture, or other structures.
✦Please stay out of the pool during storms or severe weather.
✦ Keep the pool gate closed and securely latched.
✦ Rinse off all sand in the shower before entering, and use pool towels only.
✦ Do not adjust or tamper with pool equipment, controls, or chemicals.
✦ No pets, soaps, oils, or bath products in the pool.
✦ Stop using the pool and contact us right away if you notice a safety or maintenance issue.

✔ Pet Rules
We’re happy to welcome 1 dog under 55 pounds per stay.

✦ Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs.
✦ The dog must be listed on the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid before arrival.
✦ Dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea-and-tick prevention.
✦ Please promptly clean up outdoor waste and indoor accidents. Use a pet-specific enzymatic cleaner indoors.
