The staff were amazing. The pool heater was broken but they did everything they could to make sure my kids had a great time. They were always friendly and present for anything we needed.

Rooms were overall very clean and a nice size, breakfast had alot of options. The pool was freezing due to the heater being broken, this would have been nice to know before we packed our bags and drove there since the indoor pool and hot tub was the reason for coming to this hotel.

We came FOR the pool & hot tub, opted for a late check out to swim the next day and we were kicked out earlier than early checkout bc the hot tub was FREEZING & they claimed to need to order a part, the temp of the pool room was also about 55°. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hidden Gem in Carlisle

Our room was spacious and beautiful. We stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi tub and were not disappointed. The pool and hot tub were clean and the room was a pleasant temperature. The breakfast buffet was very nice In your room is ample showering products and hair dryer. We will absolutely stay here again.
