Inside, there is a living room, a small kitchen area with a mini-fridge, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds—and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, there is a barbecue under the awning. All around is a large outdoor space with flower beds featuring Mediterranean vegetation.
Completely independent with access from Via Nettuno 51 and private parking. Coming from the Palermo Airport (5 km) or Trapani Airport (80 km), take the Marina di Cinisi exit and follow Via Piraineto (1 km) until the intersection with Via Nettuno. The villa is located 600 metres further on the right.
A family-friendly and relaxing setting, with a grocery store and a bus stop connecting to Carini just 600 metres away. The sea is easily accessible, with a pebble beach 200 metres away and rocky shores 150 metres away. Beach equipment provided.
